Learned advocate for the petitioners on instructions submits that the parties have amicably settled the dispute and settlement is to be presented before the Trial Court. Because of stay granted by this Court, the Trial Court is not able to record the settlement. He therefore on instructions seeks permission to withdraw the writ petitions.

The learned advocate for the respondent confirms these facts.
