The Petitioners are agreeable to submit an application as like the one placed on record at page No.40 (undated), along with the list of documents and all such documents as are necessary to be tendered to Respondent No.4, within 10 days from today.

In view of the above statement, we direct Respondent No.4 to deal with each of the cases of the Petitioners in the light of the applications and documents tendered by them and ensure that the compensation is paid to them within 45 days

*2* 4wp12678o23 from the date of tendering the application. If there are any shortcomings, we expect Respondent No.4 to guide the Petitioners rather than treating their request as adversarial and ensure that their grievance is redressed.

With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed off.
