The Petitioner is challenging the interlocutory order dated 12/09/2023, passed by the learned Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal (Tribunal) in Misc. Application No.398/2023 in O.A. No.299/2019.

This matter is heard for quite some time.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioners prays for leave to withdraw this petition. It is further prayed that the learned Tribunal be requested to decide the pending Original Application expeditiously.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off, as withdrawn on instructions.

Considering the pendency and the fact that presently, the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal is functioning with only one learned Member in place of three, at Aurangabad, we can only request the learned Member to deal with the pending Original Application at the earliest.
