3] Leave granted. The Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as aforesaid.

4] In the event, the appeal is filed by the petitioner within eight weeks, the time spent in prosecuting the present Writ Petition be excluded under Section 14 of the

12272.25WP Limitation Act for computing the period of limitation in filing the appropriate proceedings before the appropriate Forum.
