After arguing at length on merits, when this Court was not inclined to grant bail to the applicant, learned advocate for applicant submitted that the application may be considered on medical grounds and advance age of the applicant. 2.

We called the report from Medical Board of Ghati Hospital, Aurangabad, about the physical condition of applicant. The Chief Medical OfÏcer, Ghati Hospital, Aurangabad, has submitted the medical report of applicant stating that his current condition is stable and treatment is given to him by the Medical OfÏcer of Prison as per his health complaints. He had past history of surgery of right eye seven to eight years ago. He can do his daily work independently. There is no need of major surgery at present and he will be referred to Government Medical College and Hospital as and SVH

2 902-CrA-4166-24+.odt when required. He was treated by the Cardiologist from GMCH on 29/05/2025 and 02/06/2025.

Considering the above medical report, we do not find that applicant has made out a case for releasing him on bail on medical grounds as well as on the ground of his advanced age. Application is, therefore, rejected.
