This appeal is placed before us in today's National Lok Adalat. Mr. S.V. Kulkarni, learned Advocate for the respondent/Insurance Company is present. Learned Advocate Mr. S.B. Rajebhosale is present for the claimants. Mr. Idrees Khan, Assistant Manager is present for National Insurance Co. Ltd. 02.

The learned Advocates for both the parties submit that they have amicably settled the lis and accordingly placed on record compromise terms. The compromise terms are marked as Articles "X" and "X-1" for the purpose of identification.

The appeal is disposed off in the terms of compromise terms "X" and "X-1".

The respondent/Insurance Company shall deposit enhanced compensation of Rs.17,25,000/- (Rupees Seventeen Lakhs Twenty Five Thousand Only) within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of award before the MACT, Aurangabad. 05.

The claimants/appellants are entitled to withdraw the amount of enhanced compensation equally as per the terms agreed in the compromise pursis.

The Chairman/Member, Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Aurangabad be informed accordingly.

07.

The Court fee refund certificate be issued as per the provisions under the Maharashtra Court Fees Act, 1959.

The Civil Application/s, if any, stand/s disposed off. 09.
