1] Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

2] The applicant is apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.274/2024, registered with Jalgaon Taluka Police Station, Dist. Jalgaon, for the offence punishable under Sections 115 (2), 3 (5), 316 (2), 318 (4), 336 (2), 336 (3), 338, 340 (2), 351 (2), 85 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3] This Court, by order dated 14.11.2024, has granted interim protection in favour of the applicant considering that the matter pertains to a matrimonial dispute and that the matter was referred to mediation. It is stated in the mediation report that the parties have settled the dispute. Compromise terms are filed before the trial Court. In pursuance of the consent term, first installment is already paid.

4] The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant would abide by consent terms filed before the trial Court.

5] Considering the submissions, the interim protection granted by order dated 14.11.2024 stands confirmed. Accordingly, the present Anticipatory Bail Application is disposed of.

6] In view of disposal of Anticipatory Bail Application No.1710/2024, ACB Nos.186/2024 and 189/2024 do not survive and the same stands disposed of. [ARUN R. PEDNEKER] JUDGE DDC
