Heard both the sides. The learned AGP submits that the time was spent in obtaining the opinion from the Government Pleader as to whether it is the fit case to file SLP and accordingly the delay has been occurred. The learned counsel appearing for the original petitioner in Writ Petition has not seriously resisted the application.
