By this Civil Application, the sole respondent in the Writ Petition prays for withdrawal of an amount of Rs.40,000/-, which has been deposited in this Court by the original petitioner towards compensation.

The learned advocate for the applicant submits that on account of sparks generated by short circuit of electricity supply, drip irrigation pipeline and sugarcane crop of the applicant/ respondent was burnt.

The learned advocate for the petitioner company denies the

Since a paltry amount of Rs.40,000/- is deposited, this Civil Application is allowed with the following directions :- (a) The applicant shall tender an application with identification from his advocate for withdrawal of amount.

(b) The applicant shall, along with the application for withdrawal, tender his recent colour photograph, copy of the Voters Identity Card issued by the Election Commission of India and/or Adhaar Card and the copy of his recent permanent address proof with his cellular number. (c) The applicant shall withdraw Rs.40,000/- along with accrued interest subject to an affidavit undertaking that if the petition is decided against him, he would redeposit the entire amount withdrawn, within eight weeks from the date of such adverse order, in this Court.
