Mr. Lukhe submits that the cheque is now ready and the applicant / acquiring body is ready to deposit the cheque with the Registry.

Having regard to the submissions of learned counsel for respective sides and learned A.G.P., the applications need to be allowed.

ORDER

(i) The applications are hereby allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) (ii) The Registry to accept the cheque of the entire amount with interest as per order passed by this Court dated 13.03.2020.

(iii) The interim stay granted by this Court dated 13.03.2020 to continue until further orders.

(iv) Stand over to 5.1.2022.
