The present applicant, who is apprehending arrest at the hands of City Police Station, Jalgaon Dist. Jalgaon in crime no. I-2 of 2014 for the offences punishable under section 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code, is praying for his release on bail, in the event of his arrest.

The sum and substance of the entire case would show that the Caste Scrutiny Committee has directed for filing of an F.I.R. against the present applicant on the
2 Cr. Appln. 6232-2014 ground that he has forged certain document to show his caste.

The earlier order of this Court dated 17th June, 2014 passed in Criminal Application no.1298 of 2014 shows that the Division Bench of this Court in Writ Petition (St.) No. 30855 of 2013 has granted interim relief on 8/11/2013 for not taking any adverse action against the present applicant and anticipatory bail for a period of six (6) months was granted. The Writ Petition is still pending and the interim relief continues.

In the circumstances, the protection as was granted by this Court vide earlier order dated 17th June, 2014 shall be continued for a period of further six (6) months from the date of this order.

After expiry of period of six months, the applicant would be at liberty to file another application. Application is accordingly disposed of. Sd/- [M.T. JOSHI] JUDGE arp/
