So, Criminal Application No. 6233/2014 is dismissed.

2. Criminal Application No. 6596/2014 filed for permission to assist the learned APP is allowed and disposed of.

3. Subsequent to passing of the order of dismissal, learned counsel Shri. Bharaswadkar came and submitted that his client has taken back the papers and he has no instruction. Due to this submission, the order of dismissal cannot be changed and that remains there.
