The applicant is seeking restoration of the Writ Petition (St.)No. 438 of 2019 since the office objections were not removed. 2.

The learned counsel for the applicants orally submits that they had inadvertently missed the scheduled date 22nd July 2019 and therefore could not appear before the Registrar of this Court. That despite due diligence, they could not remove office objections within the stipulated time. 1/2

The learned counsel for the applicants orally submits that there is a delay of 30 days in filing restoration application and prays that the same be condoned in the interest of justice.

Accordingly the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (B) and (C).
