Petitioner No.2 prays for condonation of delay for bringing the L.Rs. of deceased petitioner No.1 / Pralhad on record. In the second Civil Application, it is prayed that the L.Rs. be taken on record. 3.
The learned Advocate for the respondents and the learned AGP have opposed both the applications and submit, in the alternative, that the costs may be imposed and the amount be donated for the treatment of poor patients.

For the reasons set out in the applications and since the delay does not appear to be deliberate or inordinate, both the civil applications are allowed subject to the compliance of the following directions:- (A) An amount of Rs.1000/- shall be deposited with the Government Medical College and Hospital, Aurangabad, through Medical Officer, High Court Dispensary, Aurangabad, either in cash or by Demand Draft (Demand Draft be drawn in the name of "Dean, Government Medical College and Hospital Dengi Samiti, Aurangabad" on/or before 13.12.2019. (B) The L.Rs. of deceased petitioner No.1 be brought on record on/or before 20.12.2019.
(C) Upon compliance of the above directions, list the Writ Petition for final hearing on 23.1.2020.
