The petitioner challenges the order dated 24.08.2022, passed below Exh. 40 by the 4th Joint Civil Judge, Junior Division, Osmanabad whereby, the application filed by the petitioner seeking appointment of the Court Commissioner came to be rejected. 3.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that now the suit is kept for final hearing.

In view of that, I am not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
