The Petitioner is aggrieved that the Tahasildar has not disposed off the pending proceedings after the Deputy Collector passed the order setting aside the earlier order and remitting the matter back to the Tahasildar for a decision to be taken within six months. The Tahasildar contends that the file is not traceable.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has preserved the complete file of his litigation. 3.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed

*2* 947ywp12293o23 off with liberty to the Petitioner to tender the entire copy of whole litigation file to Respondent No.4 within a period of 30 days from today. Thereafter, Respondent No.4 shall follow the due procedure laid down in law and after issuing notices to the litigating parties, grant a reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the stakeholders and take a decision on the said proceedings within six months.
