Under order dated 27th August, 2019, we had directed the applicant/petitioner to deposit Rs. 15,00,000/- (Rs. Fifteen lacs only) within a period of four (04) weeks. The learned counsel submits that, he could arrange Rs. 10,00,000/- (Rs. Ten Lacs only) within four weeks and he has filed civil application for extension of time to deposit the amount. The learned counsel submits that, within two days the applicant/petitioner would deposit total Rs. 15,00,000/-. 2.

Time to deposit the amount as directed under order dated 27.08.2019 is extended by one (01) week from today. The civil application is disposed of.
