The applicant / original petitioner submits that after the Writ Petition was allowed, under the directions of this Court, an amount of Rs.4,500/- was attempted to be paid to the non-applicant / original respondent. Since he is not traceable, the amount could not be paid. 2.

Shri Talhar, learned Advocate, who had originally appeared for the non-applicant in the petition submits that he has no instructions. 3.

Considering the issue involved, I am allowing this Civil Application without issuing notice to the non-applicant and permitting the applicant to deposit the said amount in this Court on/or before 26.10.2014.
