Mr. Talhar, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present writ petition, however, it may be clarified that the rejection of the representation of the present petitioner by the respondent no.2 vide order dated 4/5/2013 should not cause any hindrance in consideration of the representation of the present petitioner as and when the policy decision would be taken and the same should not be a cause for his removal from the services.
