Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

The applicant is seeking bail as he was arrested in connection with Crime No. 177/2023 dated 29.4.2023 registered with Sengaon City Police Station, District Hingoli for the offences punishable under sections 376 (2) (f), 376 (2)(i), 376 (2)(n), 328, 323, 506 of I.P.C. and under sections 4 and 10 of Prevention of Children from Sexual Offences Act. 3.

In view of the earlier order passed by this Court dated 12.7.2024, this Court will not entertain the present application. However, liberty is reserved to the applicant to apply for regular bail afresh before this Court if the trial is not commenced within nine months. 4.

The application is disposed of. Mr. K.D. Jadhav, learned advocate is appointed for the complainant by the Legal Aid. Fees be paid to him as per rules.
