1) Heard both the sides. The submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor shows that during investigation it transpired that the vehicle was in the name of the mother-in-law of the applicant and at the relevant time the applicant was having control over the vehicle and the weapons were found in the vehicle. He further submitted that custodial interrogation of the applicant is necessary. In view of these circumstances the application is rejected. Interim relief is vacated. Sd/- (T.V. NALAWADE, J. ) rsl
