Since the Petitioner can avail the remedy under the provisions of Section 156 of the Code of Criminal Procedure before the Judicial Magistrate First Class and there are no any extraordinary circumstances to entertain this writ petition bypassing the remedy available to the Petitioner to file the complaint, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the Petitioner to avail the appropriate remedy as available in law. All the points raised in this petition are left open to be agitated before the appropriate forum.
