Learned Counsel for the applicants submits that by tomorrow, the applicants shall deposit an amount of Rs.5 lacs as ordered by this Court on 22nd September 2014.

He would further submit that the remaining amount of Rs.15 lacs will be deposited within a period of six weeks from today. He submits that the above referred submissions made upon instructions, be treated as an undertaking.

Learned Counsel for the applicants prays that the applicants be granted extension of six weeks.
