Though the Respondent/ Plaintiff made a statement when this matter was heard at length on 01.08.2018 that any 1/4th share of the suit property be secured to take care of his interest, it appears that the litigating sides have a dispute with regard to the area of 1/4th share considering the colour sketch map at page 33 of the petition paper book. Alternatively, the learned Advocates for the litigating sides submit that the suit can be expedited as the issue involved is only with regard to the claim of the Plaintiff to the extent of 1/4th share in the suit land.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of. The Petitioner shall place a copy of the colour sketch map,

The Trial Court would decide Special Civil Suit No.3/2015 as expeditiously as possible and in any case on or before 31.08.2019. The litigating sides shall extend their cooperation to the Trial Court and shall refrain from seeking adjournments on unreasonable and trivial grounds.
