DATE : 20th June, 2017 ORAL ORDER The proceedings being Hindu Marriage Petition No.220 of 2016, preferred under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act for restitution of conjugal rights, pending on the file of 2nd Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Parbhani, in my opinion, would not survive in view of the fact that the parties have tendered an application for divorce by mutual consent. 2.
