The applicant - original petitioner prays for condonation of delay of three days and for recalling of the order of the learned Registrar (Judicial) dated 26th September, 2016 by which the registration of the writ petition was refused for non removal of the office objections. 2.

Considering the above, this civil application is allowed. Delay is condoned. The petitioner shall remove all the office objections within three weeks from today and on compliance of this direction, the order of the learned 1 / 2
