On 16th October, 2023, we had passed the following order: "1.

Leave to correct the date of the impugned order. 2.

Petitioner has put-forth Prayer Clauses (B) and (C) as under:

"(B) By way of appropriate writ order or directions in the like nature, the impugned order dated 24.03.2023 passed by the respondent authorities may kindly be quashed and set aside and the authorities be directed to de-seal the retail out let of the petitioner.

(C) Pending the hearing and final disposal of the Writ Petition, the impugned order dated 24.03.2023 passed by respondent authorities may kindly be stayed and suspended and the authorities be directed to de-seal the retail out let of the petitioner."

Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 06.11.2023. The learned AGP waives service of notice on behalf of all the Respondents.

All office objections to be removed within two weeks. 5.

The matter be listed in the same category."

The learned AGP submits on instructions received by way of a text message from the District Collector, Nandurbar that the Petitioner' s premises, identified as Palak Oil Traders as mentioned in the title clause of the Petition, would be de-sealed expeditiously. The Petitioner is satisfied.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off. 4.

Let the Collector de-seal the Petitioner'
