The present First Appeal is listed before us in today's Lokadalat.

The Appellant, namely, Bablu Ramjan Khan is present along with his Advocate Mr. Nandkishor Pahune Patil. Mr. Eknath Bangale, Dy. Collector [SLAOJP], Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, is present for Respondent No. 1 and Mr. Abdul Shaikh, Assistant District Water Conservator Officer, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, appears for Respondent No. 2. Learned AGP Shri. R. K. Ingole appears on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

Both the parties filed the Terms of Compromise / Compromise Pursis on record, which is marked as "X" for the purpose of identification. They submit that, the present Appeal be disposed off as per the terms mentioned in the said Compromise Pursis. 4.
