We have perused the communication dated 26-07-2019 issued by the Tahsildar (Land Reforms)-cum-Additional District Collector, Ahmednagar addressed to the Tahsildar, Kopargaon. The Tahsildar, Kopargaon does not seem to have respected the orders of the Additional Collector and has sat over the same for the last about two and half years.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No. 5 to comply with the orders as set out in the letter dated 26-07-2019, as expeditiously as possible, and in any case, on or before 31st May, 2022.
