The learned counsel for the applicant submits that, after filing of the petition, subsequently request of the petitioner for transfer is negatived. The applicant/petitioner wants to bring on record said fact.

Even otherwise the non applicants will have every opportunity to controvert the averments sought to be introduced by way of amendment. For the reasons stated in the application, the civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "A" The civil application is disposed of.
