The petitioner has put forth prayer clause B and C as under :- "B] By issue of writ of mandamus or any other appropriate Writ or order in the like nature thereby the respondent authorities may kindly be directed to release the Exgratia amount of Rs. 10 Lakh as per the Government Resolution dt. 29.09.2018 and the amount accumulated in the account of deceased husband of petitioner in Defined Contribution Pension Scheme in favor of the petitioner.

C] Pending hearing and final disposal of the present Writ Petition, the respondent authorities may kindly be directed to release the Exgratia amount of Rs. 10 Lakh as per the Government Resolution dt. 29.09.2018 and the amount accumulated in the account of diseased husband of petitioner in Defined Contribution Pension Scheme in favor khs/Dec.2022/12825

The proposal was forwarded by the School to the District Social Welfare Officer, ZP, Latur. He has forwarded the said proposal to the Commissioner, Social Welfare Department and Commissioner, Handicap Welfare, Maharashtra State vide communication dated 11.03.2022. The same is still said to be pending.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. Let respondent No.2 respond to the communication dated 11.03.2022 and pass an appropriate order, if not already passed, as expeditiously as possible and in any case on or before 31.01.2023.
