The Petitioner is a 28 years old widow, whose occupation is shown to be an Advocate. Her husband died in a motorcycle accident while in service with the Airport Authority of India. She has moved representations to the concerned Airport Authority, dated 17.08.2023, 14.08.2023 and 21.08.2023, praying that her name be entered in the service-book of the deceased husband. The said applications are kept pending.

This Petition is disposed off with a direction to the Respondents (Competent Authority) to consider the representations of the Petitioner and pass appropriate orders on the same within sixty [60] days from today.
