Heard. This application is for withdrawal of amount by the legal heirs of Samindrabai and other applicants. They have produced on record copy of heirship certificate issued by the III Jt. CJJD, Gangapur. 02.

Considering the above, this application is allowed. The applicants are allowed to withdraw 50% amount of their respective share along with accrued interest on furnishing usual undertaking. The applicants are further permitted to withdraw 30% amount of their respective share along with accrued interest on furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
