1) Heard. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the petitioner will file a comprehensive application/representation to the respondents for their transfers under couple convenience within four weeks from today.

Upon filing such application/representation, Respondent No.2 - The Chief Executive officer, Zilla Parishad, Nandurbar,

to consider the prayer of the respective petitioners for transfer under the couple convenience for the next academic year 2016-2017 in accordance with the policy/relevant rules and communicate the decision to the petitioners on or before 15th May, 2016.

2) The petitions stand disposed of on above terms.
