Respondent No. 1 is resident of District Namakkal, State Tamilnadu. Further submission is made that, even in the learned Trial Court the said respondent was served through paper publication. 2.

The applicants to supply the name of widely circulated newspaper in District Namakkal, State Tamilnadu within a period of
