The challenge raised in this Writ Petition is in respect of termination of employment of the deceased husband of the petitioner Shivanand Sidramya Gudgunti on account of his failure to submit the validation certificate. Considering the fact that the petitioner Shivanand Sidramya Gudgunti is no more, no effective order can be passed in the Writ Petition. Writ Petition is rendered infructuous and as such, stands disposed of.
