Leave to correct the name of respondent No.3. Correction be carried out forthwith.

Respondent No.3 / Deputy Director of Health Services is assisting the learned AGP by being present in the Court. It is stated that respondent No.3 has received the proposal from respondent No.2. It is submitted that when this Court delivered the judgment on 22/01/2016, it was not brought to the notice of the Court that the proposal for regularization is to be considered by the Secretary of the Health Department and not respondent No.3 / Deputy Director at Aurangabad.

Learned AGP submits on instructions that respondent No.3 has accordingly forwarded the said proposal of the petitioner on khs/JAN.2017/696-d

25/01/2017 to the Secretary, Health Department, State of Maharashtra. Learned AGP submits that if reasonable time is granted, the said authority would decide the said proposal. 4.

Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that a longer period need not be granted and the Secretary, Health Department should decide the proposal and communicate the decision to the petitioner. 5.

In the light of the above, the statement of respondent No.3 is recorded. Learned AGP as well as respondent No.3 shall forward a copy of this order to the Secretary, Health Department. I am granting 16 weeks time to the concerned Secretary, Health Department to decide the proposal of the petitioner and thereafter convey its decision to the petitioner expeditiously.
