Heard the learned counsel for acquiring body and learned counsel appearing for the respondents claimants. Delay of 443 days ha occurred in filing the appeals.

The learned counsel for the claimant was fair enough in submitting that the delay be condoned and the matter be heard on merits.

For the reasons stated in the applications, which according to me are just and sufficient, the delay is condoned. The civil applications for condonation of delay stand disposed of.

In view of condoning the delay, applications seeking leave to file an appeal is disposed of.

Appeals be registered in accordance with law. On registration of appeals, issue notices to the respondents. Learned counsel and leaned AGP waive service for the respective respondents. 6.
In view of the fact that the acquiring body has deposited the amount of compensation as was directed by this Court, the interim stay granted earlier is made absolute. CA for stay stands disposed of.

List the appeals for further consideration after six weeks.
