For the reasons stated in the application, the application stands allowed. Delay stands condoned, subject to cost of Rs. 1,500/- (Rs. Fifteen Hundred Only), to be deposited in the office of the Legal Aid Services, Sub Committee, High Court, Aurangabad, within a period of eight weeks from today. 6.

It is made clear that the applicant shall not be entitled to receive any interest on the enhanced amount for the delayed period.
