1] Heard. For the reasons stated in Criminal Application No.325 of 2025 for assisting to the P.P., the same is allowed. The Criminal Application is disposed of accordingly.

2] Heard learned counsel for the applicants, the learned APP for the respondent-State and the learned counsel for assisting to the P.P.

3] The applicants are apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No. 0447/2021, registered with

Nava Mondha Police Station, Parbhani, for the offence punishable under Section 420, 406, 409, 465, 466, 467, 468, 471, 120-B and 34 o the IPC and under Section 3 and 4 of MPID Act, 1999 and Section 58-B of the Reserve Bank of India Act.

4] The learned counsel for the applicants submit that this Court, by order dated 11th July, 2024 in Anticipatory Bail Application No.870/2024, has granted anticipatory bail in favour of the co-accused namely Nanasaheb Chabu Chavan, whose role is identical to the present applicants. He further submits that the present applicants were arrested in another cases and after investigation, the applicants granted regular bail in those cases.

5] Considering that this Court, by order dated 11.07.2024 in ABA No.870/2024, has granted anticipatory bail in favour of co-accused whose role is identical to the present applicants, the interim protection granted by this Court by order dated 18.10.2024 stands confirmed, in the following terms :

i] The applicants shall attend the concerned police station on every Monday and Saturday of every month between 11.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. till filing the charge sheet.

ii] The applicants shall furnish their passport, if not furnished in another crime with police station. iii] The applicants shall furnish their address proof and cell phone number with an undertaking that they would not change their cell phone number till the conclusion of trial if it is changed, they would intimate the investigating officer as well as the Court. iv] The applicants shall not tamper with the evidence of the prosecution in any manner. They shall not influence the informant, witnesses and other persons concerned with the case.

v] The applicants shall co-operate with the investigation and also in the proceedings before the trial Court.

6] In the event, the applicants violates any of the conditions specified in this order, it shall be liable to be cancelled.

7] It is also clarified that the observations made in this order are limited to the disposal of the present anticipatory bail application and the trial Court shall proceed further in the matter without being influenced by the observations made hereinabove.

8] The application stands disposed of.
