IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY

BENCH AT AURANGABAD WRIT PETITION NO. 11473 OF 2018 DASHRATH GOVIND PAWAR

VERSUS

THE STATE OF MAHARASHTRA AND OTHERS ...

Advocate for the Petitioner : Shri N. B. Patekar AGP for Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 : Shri S.R.Yadav-Lonikar ...

CORAM : RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.

DATED : 16th OCTOBER, 2018.

...

PER COURT :

1.

The petitioner is aggrieved by the interlocutory order dated 07/09/2018 passed by the Additional Commissioner, Nashik, by which, the order of the Additional Collector dated 28/08/2018 has been subjected to a status-quo order. The next date of hearing is posted on 22/10/2018 at 11.00 a.m. Acting on the impugned order, the Talathi has disposed off the application filed by this petitioner seeking quashing of the mutation entry No.1866 dated 29/08/2018.

2.

Considering the above, I do not find that this petition deserves to be kept pending and the same is, therefore,

935-wp-11473-18.odt disposed off with a direction to the Additional Divisional Commissioner, Nashik to proceed with RTS Revision No. 688/2018 expeditiously. The hearing on the said revision application be completed within four weeks from the next date of hearing on 22/10/2018. The said authority shall thereafter decide the said proceeding by delivering his order on or before 31/12/2018.

3.

Needless to state, since status-quo has been granted by the said authority, all the parties are expected to maintain status-quo.
