This is an application for condonation of delay of 148 days caused in filing the review application.

Perused the application and the affidavit-in-reply filed by respondent No.1 / claimant.

Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

The learned counsel for respondent No.1 / claimant strongly opposed the application and submitted that there is no sufficient reason to condone the delay.

It further appears that the delay has not been deliberately caused. Therefore, in the interest of justice, the delay deserves to be condoned.
