Heard both sides. It appears that the girl is missing since 10.08.2021. Initially missing report was lodged and it appears that on 25.09.2021 First Information Report came to be lodged and in connection with the said First Information Report vide Crime No.85/2021 even arrests have been made. Still the girl is not traced out. Even this writ petition is pending since 2021 and time and again, some progress has been shown. The girl's cell phone number was put in the surveillance, so also the other mode has been considered. It has been now reported that the girl had made chats

919_Cri.WP_1353_2021 with some profiles from Shadi.com, a matrimony web site and the Investigating Officer is considering the said angle also. We cannot keep this petition for indefinite period, but certainly the Investigating Officer, who is present before this Court, undertakes to intensify the search and that fact is now taken note of this Court which is of course taken as an undertaking and whenever the girl is found then the Investigating Officer should inform the petitioner about the same. With these observations, the petition stands disposed of.
