The learned advocate for the petitioners submits that writ petition nos.1554/2022, 7949/2019 and 1546/2022 are rendered infructuous as grievance of the petitioners have been redressed. As such, these petitions are disposed off as withdrawn. Pending civil applications are also disposed off. 2.

Civil Application No.1221 of 2023 in W.P. No. 5349 of 2022 would indicate that the petitioner is identically placed with those petitioners who have been granted benefits, as recorded above. The learned advocate, therefore, prays that a direction may be issued to respondent nos.2, 3 & 4 to consider the representation of the petitioner on its own merits and on parity with those petitioners whose claims have been granted, as recorded above. 3.

An innocuous relief has been sought by the petitioner. Therefore, we direct that the respondents would consider her claim in accordance with the rules / policy applicable and in view of the earlier judgment of this Court. Let this exercise be completed on or before 30.04.2023. 4.

In view of the above, the writ petition no. 5349 of 2022 as well as the civil application, stands disposed of.
