Heard learned counsel for applicant - wife. The respondent despite service, remained absent.

The applicant is seeking transfer of HMP No.321 of 2018 from the Court of CJSD, Dhule to the court of CJSD, Bhusawal, District : Jalgaon.

According to the applicant she is not having any source of income. Moreover, she is also maintaining a small daughter, aged about 6 years. Further, she has also fled proceeding under PWDV Act bearing PWDV No.31 of 2018 against the respondent at Raver, District : Jalgaon, wherein the respondent has appeared. 4.

There is no oppose to the application, but even otherwise also the respondent - husband will have to attend the dates at Raver. As such, considering the convenience of the applicant, following order is passed .

ORDER

(i) The application is hereby allowed.

(ii) The HMP No.321 of 2018 pending in the court of CJSD, Dhule is transferred to the Court CJSD, Bhusawal, District Jalgaon for disposal according to law.

(iii) The respondent is directed to appear before Court CJSD, Bhusawal on or before 15/04/2023.

(iv) The application is disposed of accordingly.
