The learned Advocate for Respondent No.8 submits that if the amount of Rs.8 lac is being deposited, he has no objection. Considering the above and keeping in view that the learned Advocate for the Applicant is carrying two Demand Drafts for amounts of Rs.5 lac and Rs.3 lac, this Civil Application is allowed.
