After hearing the learned Advocate for the petitioner for some time, when this Court was not inclined to interfere in the impugned order, at that time, learned Advocate for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the Criminal Writ Petition to file the appropriate proceedings before learned Sessions Court as provided under Section 29 of the Protection of Domestic Violence Act. His statement is accepted.

In view of the statement, the Criminal Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

Needless to clarify that in case the petitioner challenges the impugned order by way of filing an Appeal along with an Application for
