While issuing notice on 09.12.2022, the applicant was permitted to remove all office objections in the writ petition, which was dismissed in default on account of their non removal. All objections are now removed.

Respondent Nos.3 and 4 have filed an affidavit in reply. The learned advocate representing them has strenuously opposed this application.

Considering that the petition was dismissed for non removal of office objections and the delay of 180 days is neither deliberate nor inordinate, that this Civil Application is allowed.
