These applications are filed for withdrawal of the compensation amount deposited in this Court. 2.

The applicants are the original claimants. Considering the nature of litigation, permission is

ca13002.18 granted to the applicants-claimants to withdraw 50% amount out of deposited amount subject to filing written undertaking in the First Appeals that they will redeposit the withdrawn amount, as and when directed by this Court. Undertaking shall be filed within four (4) weeks from the date of this order. 3.

The remaining 50% amount is allowed to be withdrawn by the applicants-claimants on their furnishing solvent surety for the said amount to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial).

Registrar Judicial to act accordingly.
