54ca12396.24 However, considering reasons stated in the application and fact that applicants are litigating for getting just compensation in accident claim, a liberal approach needs to be adopted. 4.

In that view of the matter, a case is made out to condone delay. Resultantly, following order :

ORDER

(i) The Civil Application stands allowed.

(ii) Delay of 162 days caused in filing appeal stands condoned.

(iii) Appeal be registered subject to removal of office objections, if any.

(iv) The Civil Application stands disposed off.
